My bench came cracked but by the time it was all unpacked it was way too much trouble and effort to attempt to pack it back up. It was split in a place quality control should have caught. Not shipping damage. Then I asked a question of the type of stainless Steel screws and the reply was almost a week later. They should be 316. But they are 304 or 306

Sur Last Furniture Covers
Sur Last Covers may not be used, washed, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. If the cover has been taken out of the box and left on the furniture overnight, that cover is not returnable. If you are unsure of the look or size, please keep the cover in the box and inside. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
