Our Return Policy is unmatched industry-wide. We take pride and stand behind the quality of every piece of furniture sold at Westminster Teak and will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. We believe there can be no shortcuts in producing a quality product and we make the same commitment to our customers.

Protection Assurance
If you have recently purchased an item that has since dropped in price within 30 days of your purchase, we are pleased to offer a refund for the amount of the difference. Please contact us (1-888-592-8325) with your order number and we will be glad to assist you.
Product Returns
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the furniture within 30 days of delivery* for a FULL REFUND of your purchase including any shipping charges with

All returns MUST be in “like new” condition and in its original packaging. All merchandise must be CAREFULLY AND COMPLETELY INSPECTED BEFORE ASSEMBLY. REPORTED DAMAGED ITEMS AFTER ASSEMBLY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR OUR 30-DAY MONEY-BACK OFFER.
Third-Party Vendor Return Policy
At Westminster Teak, we strive to provide a seamless return experience for our customers. However, please note that our Free Return Shipping Guarantee applies only to end-user customers who purchase directly from Westminster Teak. This guarantee does not extend to third-party online vendors, dealers, resellers, or high-volume sales (e.g., commercial, multi-unit, or project-based orders).

If a customer wishes to return a product purchased through a third-party vendor, the return must be handled in accordance with that vendor’s return policy. It is the vendor’s responsibility to coordinate the return process with the customer.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
  • The product must be returned to Westminster Teak in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and materials must be included.
  • The return must comply with the timeframe stated in the third-party vendor’s return policy.

Westminster Teak does not provide return shipping labels or manage return logistics for third-party sales. Once the returned product is received in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to the third-party vendor.

Return tracking information must be provided to Westminster Teak once the shipment has been arranged, so we can monitor and confirm receipt of the returned item.

International Orders

The money-back guarantee and free return shipping policy is applicable to the 48 contiguous states of North America. Payments for international orders are to be made via wire transfer. Please contact our sales rep for details.

Commercial or Volume Orders

Due to the inherent nature of the sale, we highly recommend you make an evaluation purchase with one unit of the product, to verify its quality and fit for the purpose of your use, before making the actual volume purchase of multiple units. Note: All orders for non-stock items are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are made upon request and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error or defect. This includes ALL SALES OF NON-STOCK CUSHIONS, INCLUDING C.O.M. (Customer's Own Material). A non-refundable 50% deposit is required on all custom orders.

Teak Treatment Services

Teak Treatment is a custom process that will remain permanent on the wood surface. All purchases made with Teak Treatment Services included are not returnable.

Special Delivery Services

Charges on all Special Delivery Services including all Inside Deliveries and White Glove Delivery will not be refunded.

Sur Last Furniture Covers

Sur Last Covers must not be used, washed, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale. If the cover has been taken out of the box and left on the furniture overnight, that cover is not returnable. If you are unsure of the look or size, please keep the cover in the box and inside. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Umbrellas from the Montecito Collection

(Product ID starts with "M") Montecito Umbrellas are custom-made from scratch and all sales are final.
