The four rocking chairs I bought were relatively easy to assemble. The pieces fit well together. The rocker pieces on these rockers are better made than all the other rocking chairs I looked at. My experience with the customer service department at Westminster Teak was the best I have ever had! I contacted them because I had a rocker that had been damaged by a storm. I wanted to see if there were replacement parts available to repair the chair. Jake, our customer service advisor, went above and beyond what I was expecting. He had me send photographs of the damage to him to confirm which parts were needed. I was amazed to get a quick confirmation, from him, stating that the parts were available and would be shipped out immediately. I was fully expecting to pay for the parts (especially considering it was almost 1/2 of the rocking chair), but they were sent at no charge! Amazing service!!
